Order Up Shop ("we," "us," or "our") operates orderupshop.com. We build and manage custom merch shops for restaurants and bars. You can reach us at hello@orderupshop.com.

When you submit a form, place an order, or contact us, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, website, and payment details. We also collect standard usage data like IP address, browser type, and pages visited through cookies and analytics tools.

How we use your information
We use your information to fulfill orders, process payouts to venue partners, respond to inquiries, send operational emails (order confirmations, payout notices), and improve our service. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

Order fulfillment
Orders placed through our shops are fulfilled by Printify, a third-party print-on-demand provider. Your shipping name and address are shared with Printify solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. Printify's privacy policy is available at printify.com.

Payments
Payments are processed through Shopify's secure checkout. We do not store your credit card information. Venue partner payouts are processed via Zelle, Stripe, or wire transfer as selected in your partnership agreement.

Cookies
We use cookies to keep our store functioning, remember your cart, and understand how visitors use our site. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, though some features may not work correctly.

Third-party services
Our site uses Shopify (store platform), Klaviyo (email), and Google Analytics (usage data). Each has its own privacy policy governing how they handle data.
